I have Slp loudmoth exhaust, and i have a off road x-pipe but it sounds to raspy like a civic or sumthin. I want it to have more of a muscle sound? Let me know what u guys think

try switching to a h pipe for a deeper sound, but as far as mufflers go i haven't heard the loudmouths with an off road h.

X-pipe will sound raspy and exoticish. H-pipe gives you that low grunt rumble.

I totaly agree go h-pipe if you want the more muscle car tone. Good Luck

Ya i had an o/r h-pipe with one chanmbers dumped on my 91 5.0 and it sounded nice. But i dont want the fumes so i have the pipes going all the way to the back. Does anyone in my area have an off road h-pipe for sale???

Yeah, just put on a set of hi-flow cats and it will sound a 100 times better. Plus the cats will make your car smog legal so you won't have to swap the exhaust whenever you need to smog it. I'm running a Bassani X-Pipe with hi-flow cats on my '94 GT and it sounds awesome. And no problems with passing smog either.

They come with an h-pipe from the factory, along with 6cats on them too.

"Off Road" means no cats. I have an o/r X that's dumped and its sounds more racey than my o/r H I had before. If you want deep go with the o/r H or a Mac Prochamber.
