when you say complete does that mean you already have the complete rearend ready to install or are trying to build the rearend from parts

its a complete rear end ready to install. Just for the record, its a 93 cobra rear end and I'm installing it on my 87 5.0. I do almost all the work on my car so I'm pretty familiar with it.

It's really cake. Disconect control arms, .. upper and lower.. shocks, remove springs, brake lines, driveshaft. put the new one in place (might as well upgrade the control arms and spring since you are there) install the new one in place.. bleed brakes..done. good luck!!!

just take your time with it and make sure everything is tightened, took me and my friend a few hours to swap rears in my driveway taking out time.

If it is a disc rear end then you might have a problem with brake lines and e-brake cables matching up.

It's not that bad me and my boy just did a five lug conv on his coupe just use a jack to support the rearend on the pumpkin and some jack stands for the car you'll need a 18in wrench or socket and a 5/8 as well this has been my fourth swap and im going 4 the fifth one on my coupe let me know if you need any info hope everything goes smoothly TTT

sounds harder than it actually is. The hardest part for me was getting the darn booster out! and the new one in!! The rearned itself was cake... pluss.. who parking brakes.. just leave it in gear. I never got to replacing the them on my former coupe.

parking brake is nice when you left something in the house and need to run in to grab it...rather than putting it in gear, turning it off, then having to start it again 20 seconds later...
