My car is sitting on some 16" ponies right now with fat ass tires. the car is lowered 1.25 in the back and 1.5 on the front but it seems lower maybe due to the angle. Im not rubbing right now. I want to get some 17" or even possibly 18" cobra r's if they dont rub. what tire size should i be looking for? trying to buy some used ones but i want to make sure it'll fit the way it sits now.

cobra r's look great on foxes, but you cant raplace the look of clean pony's, try looking for a set of polished 17 inch pony r's

I was running 245 45 17's on the front and 275 40 17's on the rear. I had cobras and my car was dropped 1 1/2" on eibach springs. I had to roll the rear wheel lips though.

Get 17" Cobra R's. You can run 245/45/17's in the front and 255/45/17's in the rear (maybe 265's) w/o rubbing.
BTW, I have two Ford 4 lug cobra r's w/ tires for sale.
You can PM me if interested
