I have replace the striker and it was quiet for a few weeks. I can adjust the bumpers but it only fixes it for a week of so. It seems as if the striker doesn't stay in the same position. It could be that the weather stripping is not as pliable as it used to be when new. For me, this is part of my "365 Day Periodic Inspection" and it seems to keep the hatch quiet. Otherwise, try installing new weather-stripping. I can adjust it tight and quiet, but the hatch will get a little louder and louder over a month or so as I drive it.
