How hard is it to swap the speedo gear for when you do a 3.73 swap? I got the new speedo gear and looked up some info on it and it doesn't seem that hard just wanted to check with your guys personal experience doing it.

Just follow the speedo cable to the transmission after you jack the car up a little bit. It connects on the drivers side of the transmission. Theres only 1 bolt (maybe 2), pull the assembly out, snap off the c clip put the new gear on and re-insert. Done.

Look on the rear of the tailshaft, nearly directly to the left of the transmission mount. The cable/housing assembly is held in by a 11mm bolt. It pulls straight out. You will need a small flatblade screwdriver to remove the retaining clip. Gear comes straight off. Re-install in reverse order.
