Hey,
My moms car is throwing a 0740 and a 1259
740: Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Malfunction
1259: VTEC System Malfunction
Does anybody have a Honda that has VTEC and knows where the solenoid is? I googled it but the Honda forums are full of trash with very little tech.
I assume I can jump the solenoid and listen for a click, but I can't find it, It seems like it should be near the timing belt...
Also, the 740 is a universal for Lockup clutch malf. which I doubt i will be able to fix all by me onesies, but if I can locate the connector then i can at least check for 12v
ANY help greatly appricated
its an 01 if that helps
