I have a 96 cobra with O/R Bassani pipe. Think'n about bolting on some CA OBD2 Magnaflow cats to avoide swapping on old pipes. Has anyone passed smog with a catted X-pipe and a 96-98 Cobra?

from what i heard...it depends where you go. really anal smog techs wont pass after market h or x pipes even with cats based on visual. id ask them first if there would be a problem with hi flow cats...if so..try another station.
