Looking to slap on a pair of Mickey Thmopson drag radials on my 1992 pony. Can the measurements of these MT tires fit on 16 ponies without any modifications done to the car?
255x50xR16
ALso, is it wise to use these if my car is a daily driver?

my 255/50/16 fit fine but had to flip the quad shock, and I put a 5mm spacer to clear the piping on the exhaust..If you're running dumps you should be fine, but you have pipes out back you may have to roll the fender..I only had to roll one side because my car sits a little lower on one side for some reason??..
here's some pics

they will fit just fine, u might need to roll the fenders if your car is lowered, and by rolling the fender is rolling the lip inside the fender well, mt drag radials are so far the best tires made for street and track used but as for daily driving they would only last u about 6k miles or less.

They'll fit fine:
I used the exact same ones, on the exact same type of rims, back in 2003 with EXCELLENT track results.
NO rubbing at all either. Just hook and go! [ August 29, 2006, 10:26 PM: Message edited by: Quick 88LX ]
