Iam running 17x9 inch wheels on my 87 5.0 with nitto's 245-45-17 and they rub in the front and have now tore my fenderwell on the drivers side. What can i do still run these wheels but not have the rub anymore? Thanks in advance.

you just have to roll them o so slightly I have the same exact tire size on my fox and I had the same problem...roling it a little bit solved the problem completely and its free you just need the right size pipe/metal bat yada yada

There are several options. Rolling your fenders would be one. However, if your paint is any good I wouldn't recommend the baseball bat method. $50 gets you the right tool.............. http://www.rollyourfender.com/
1/4" wheel spacers might help..............
And, steering rack limiters may do the trick............. http://www.mustangmotorsport.com/steeringlimiters.html

Luke87gt, they are rubbing in the front with the inner fenderwell and have now ripped the fenderwell plastic on the bottom. I'll try and take a pic 2morrow.

evintho, thanks but i wouldn't want my front wheels to stick out anymore cuz iam running 98 spindles on my fox and any more would just be pushing it.
