The 285/35's are going to be a thinner sidewall than a 40 or 45. <br /><br />I made the mistake, once, of running 55's! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" /> Let me tell you, the sidewalls were like friggen 4X4 style!! <br /><br />I am sure you CAN fit a 285 in the front but, in my earlier post, I was referring to the amount of tire that would be contacting the road. If you are into drag racing, then a 245 in the front is all you need for street duty.
