you could pull them from a 70's Granada/Lincoln/Monarch... but it is more trouble then it is worth considering you can buy a disc brake conversion kit from places like Master Power Brakes, Stainless Steel Brake corp and others for under $800 complete. check www.fordmuscle.com quite a few guys have done this swap.

You can get the Granada stuff for a lot less than $800 from a junk yard. I did this swap on my 66 and it worked fine. You will also need an adjustable proportioning valve, dual chamber master cylinder (a good idea anyway), and new outer tie rode ends.
Check out this link for details on the swap

I've done a 1/2 dozen or so of these conversions on falcons which use the early mustang parts. You can use the geo metro booster and cylinder for power brakes or use a mercury tracer 88 or later. Be sure to use a 7/8" bore or smaller unless you have power brakes as the discs require more pressure. You can also use the stock proportioning valve. The conversion is really easy but time consuming.

Granada/Monarch is the way to go if youre on a budget. I got the Wilwood Dynalite four piston caliper system on my 66'. The only thing it's not DOT approved but who cares.
