I think its time for a new radiator as my temps are climbing higher/faster than usual (to the "N" in NORMAL , WTF ). I have a 180* Therm. My water pump is around a 2 years old (napa replacement part), my oil pressure is good, so I'm thiking the "original" stock radiator is done for. I dont think its a headgasket leak and I have no other leaks or loss in power.
What type of radiator do you guys recommend. I'm looking for a quality product with alot of cooling power. When I have it installed I will probably replace the fan clutch and fan. Should I just do a stock replacement or use an aftermarket fan? I'm kinda iffy on elec fans because of all the problems I hear about. Let me know what you guys think.

im running a 3 row gdi radiator,180 stat,6 month old autozone water pump, stock fan shroud w/ flex fan & spacer and 50/50 prestone mix. so far no problems.
radiator is cool for the price plus it has a lifetime warranty. I even got chrome metal hoses just to make the temp lower. so far no problems. [ May 21, 2006, 08:44 PM: Message edited by: Hatchback Pony ]

Summit Racing aluminum radiator and a Taurus electric fan.
If you have a blower you will need to low profile fan. In this case get a Ramchargers dual electric fan setup.

If it spins easily does it need to need replaced?
What about Fluidyne, BE Cool, Griffin, or FRPP radiators. Does anyone have any experience with these?
