The car will drop the rpm's down to about 1800 and the car have act like it is running out of gas. I changed the fuel filter but it still does it. You can hear the pump come on then it goes off until your start the car then you can hear it run all the time. My pump started making wierd loud noises for a long period of time. I replaced the relay under the seat and it cured that.<br /><br />2.) Another problem I had was the tank either baffle or strainer wasn't recieving fuel.
