I was wondering if you could spray nitrous with the stock convertor in 5.0 w/ an AOD. If so, how big of a shot? Or do you need to get an anti balooning convertor before you even think about spraying? I dont own the car yet but I will most likely be getting a 5.0 w/ an AOD. Any input would be great, Thanks.

Stock AODs are terrible. My kid ran several bottles of nitrous on his stock AOD, without any issues. I believe he was running a 75 shot.

Nitrous is good for the tall geared AOD since unlike boost, you get the full power of the power adder as soon as you hit the switch. AOD should be okay for a while. You only hear about over drive going out on them.
