i just lowered my 91 lx and it looks great.i lowered it with the eibach sportline springs and new kyb shocks n struts. I have 245/ 40 / 17 all the way around. with 19 by 9 cobra r 4 lug. It doesnt rub at all when turning slow but when i try to take a corner a little faster it rubs pretty bad. Any solutions to permanently fix the problem?... i know to get lower profile tires but is there any other way?

Did you get the car aligned after you dropped it? I have the same wheels, tire size, and springs on my car and haven't had issues with rubbing. In fact they fit better than my 245/45/16's.
I would also recommend getting CC plates.

yeah caster camber plates. you might also wanna see if you have spring isolators. it will keep the springs in place and will also raise it up just a tad bit. which may be enough to fix your problem

I had BBK 1.5" lowering springs with 245/40/17 tires and my car rubbed.
You should drive the car for a day or two and then get it aligned.
If you do not get C&C plates then the shop has to buy special bolts to get proper alignebt that cost like $35.00 for a set.

where is it rubbing? my 17x8.5's rubbed a little on sharp right hand turns...rolled the fender less than a quarter inch and it was fine.
you should still get an alighnment though.

heres everything i know- the 2 front wheels rub on the inner fender well. Im running 17 by 9 inch cobra r's with 245/45/17 all the way around. lowered on eibach pro kit with new kyb struts and shocks. No camber plates. It rubs bad when i take a turn about 25 or 30. What will eliminate the rubbing completly is what im asking??
