is this exactly the same thing as converting all the pain in the ass wiring and computer... no difference? i plan on just buyin the kit from CDT they have that nice financing plan that i plan on buyin a couple things from..

If you just get an air meter and the air meter wiring you can convert it yourself for practically nothing.

yea but dont u have to buy a MAF computer like A9L or 8LD if i were to do that if im goin to buy a computer i might ass well just buy the kit...instead of buying the computer

search on ebay for mass air converion and thunderbolt racing sells the maf wiring alone for like $50 then buy a maf sensor and a mass air computer.

I bought an entire wiring harness out of an 89 5.0 for $67.50, bought an A9L computer for $50, and got a stock MAF sensor for free.
I'd rather have a complete factory harness with no band-aid kits to make it mass-air myself.
