Pushrods were too long (valves were not closing completely). Comp Cams makes/sells an adjustable pushrod that allows you to find the right length. Summit carries it for around $25.00 and it saves a lot of time and headache. Chances are: new heads + new cam = new pushrods. The crazy thing with mine was that cyl. 1,2 had over 100lbs. of compression and the rest had under 10lbs.
