Sorry for the dumb question but i just picked up a auto and i want to throw a h pipe on it is there any difference between the auto or the 5 speed?

With shorty headers, no. There are some X pipes that will not fit autos though.

EVRYTHING WILL BOLT UP JUS LIKE A 5-SPEED IF YOUR USING SHORTYS AND A FULL H-OR X-PIPE WHEN YOU GET INTO THE LONG TUBE AND 3 INCH EXHAUST CROWD THEN IT MATTERS. BUT A FULL H OR X NOT A PROBLEM SIR..
