Anynody know of a company that sells complete conversion kits from aod to a t-5?
Or does anybody know exactly what parts I will be needing for the conversion?

you need :

clutch/brake pedal assembly
T5 transmission
T5 crossmembber
bellhousing and bolts
flywheel and bolts
clutch and bolts
clutch fork
clutch cable
t5 reverse light wiring harness
T5 shifter, handle, boot, & knob
bellhousing block plate
