Get an ohm reader and check the relay on the driverside fender.

Starter cylinoid on the firewall $12 at napa 15 min job DO NOT buy one at Autozone. Could also be starter but do this first for $12 then pull starter and have it tested.

i got a solenoid from autozone, whats wrong with those?

have you looked at the wire that's cut and just chilling there? i'm sure that's why your car is not starting. fix that first before you try anythign else.

Put the key in the ON position. Take the car out of gear and have someone push the clutch in. Now use some pliers to short the two solenoid terminals. You'll get some sparks, and your starter should crank. If not, your problem is with the starter or power to your starter. If your starter cranks, then replace the starter relay and don't tighten the nuts too much or you'll break the posts since they're in a plastic case.
