There are no fuses for the lights. The relays for the lights are in the headlight switches. The factory wiring sucks for the headlights, which is also a problem. The connectors at the multifunction switch (turn signal switch) melt and may need to be replaced. You can get a whole kit from 50resto.com (new headlight switch, multi fnc switch, and connectors.

It was hard to find this link. It is under interior/switches
http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/lrs.aspx?categorycontext=~MMUSTANG~MINT~MSWITCHES
The multi-function switch is like $125 alone, so the kit is cheap!!
If you take out the multi-functionswitch and check the connectors especially the back one you may see you will probably find your problem.
To access: Take off the steering column cover and undue the two screws holding the multi-function switch and there you go. The wires get hot and melt.

Great idea. I would check the wiring on the back of the switch. That is probably the problem.
