what is the easiest and least costly way to change a 4 lug foxbody to 5 lug

It just so happens that I have a set of 5 lug front rotors, 73mm calipers, pads, and lines for sale for $60 [Smile]

i wanna use the mark 7 front setup, but what if i want rear discs? Whats the cheapest rear disc setup for 5 lug conversion?
