Ground the test light and use the ice pick part to test each fuse. If one does not light up then pull it and see if it is good. Some fuses are not hot all the time.<br /><br />The best and easiest way is to use a voltmeter and check for continuity on each fuse. Put the red probe on one side of the fuse and the black probe on the other side of the fuse.
