so just some drilling ,mach ups and time.not that bad. but dose the irs hang down alot and is there any pics of one done????

What are your plans? Is it going to be a drag-only car? If so, it would be a bad idea. I own a 01' Cobra. IRS = wheelhop. Over at SVTP.com, a lot of high-horsepowered Cobras swap over to a solid axle.
