Some may set up a weird harmonic down the crankshaft that may lead to oil pump going boom. Myself, rather than getting pullies that you'll only see about 5 hp with, is install an electric water pump. I had my crank pulley on for 60k+ miles and recently added the water pump and alternator underdrives. I would reccomend doing all 3.
