what gears are better for a 96gt supercharged? im thinking of getting 4:10s or are 3:73 better for this application???

i would say 373s becuase you are gonna use a blower.. if you stay n/a then 410s.

But his type of car like the high RPM's. If it were a fox I'd suggest 355's.

Best thing to do is use a 1/4 mile calculator to figure it out that way you know exactly what your getting.

i asked this same question a few weeks ago amd i got a lot of replies that said 3:73'were the way to go cuz i plan on supercharging my stang...so i bought FRPP 3:73s for stang...not installed yet....

it depends on what size tire you're gonna use. I've got 3.73 with a 28 in. tire with N20 and go through the traps at 5500 rpm. I'm thinking about going 3.90's. If you're using a 26 in. tire go with 3.73's.

I have a 96 S281 Saleen with a twin screw blower
and I have a hard time not smoking my 285-35-18
with my 3.55 gears

If the purpose of a wing is to apply down force to the drive wheels at high speeds, shouldn't the wing on most imports be mounted on the hood?
