I would take it to a brake specialist! If Your brakes fail at the wrong time You or other innocent people could get seriously injured! I know It's obvious but till You have had Your brakes go to the floor with traffic in front of You, You can't imagine the terror of the situation! ![[Eek!]](eek.gif)

actually whats happening is i have a spongy brake, that ends up going to the floor slowly after 10 sec of pressure, and its not the booster. [ October 28, 2005, 01:21 PM: Message edited by: 23boy5.0 ]

spongy brakes are caused by air in your lines.... how exactly did you bleed your brakes? [ October 30, 2005, 07:39 AM: Message edited by: 347_C.I.D. ]

I agree, air in your lines still. try rebleeding your brakes again, per a manual like chiltons. also check for any fluid leaks... if fluid can get out, air can get in.

im going to try bleeding the brakes again, should i use one of those electronic bleeders, i heard they work well? Or should i just use the buddy system, like usual? Oh and i dont have any leaks i just checked as i gave it a minor tune-up.

google for a "motive pressure brake bleeder"
$50 that is priceless when you bleed your brakes.
