I have a little 96 pontiac that I use as a commuter car and it has Locktronics installed in it. Well, the locktronics gives me a green light, but the car still will not start. Has anyone else ever experienced this in any make or model vehicle?

It started off doing this only once in a blue moon, to every other day, to once a day, to now not starting at all. Anyone have any advice? I am going to by bass it, but in the mean time I still need to get it started.
