Do you have a water leak anywhere on the intake? Although the stumbling wouldn't be caused by this, water down in the plugs would. I would put the stock thermostat back in it, as the computer is looking for this temp for all the engine functions. Find the reason for overheating.

As for the codes, the O2 one is a failed sensor (or your sensor is diconnected..it happens alot when folks put a O/R pipe on...the sensor is up there!) and it could be a failed EGR valve...or the vac to it.

Its not over heating, but i wanted it to run cooler but its not with the new 160 degree thermostat, no water leaks when its running, but what if water got into the spark plug area?? should i replace them and the plugs wasnt doing it until this happened today. when water got all over the engine bay. Also there is some plastic red tubes i think going to the egr valve that broke when i put on my cold air inatek but that was like two weeks ago?? thanks.............

Also whould the egr vlave make a little bit of white smoke out of my pipes, didnt happen until i put on my or-x pipe

I would pull/change the plugs. Make sure you clean out all the plug holes and ensure no water is present. Make sure you put the proper di-electric grease on the plugs too.

Also remove that 160 stat and put in a 180. That thing is going to cause you problems.
