Author Topic: cd player took a crap on me Jdub07 ( O Y O ) Member # 2728 posted                              It will only play the radio... when I put a cd in nothing happends. Just stays on track 1 and wont play...can advance to next track or anything. I need a cheap 200 watt stereo any suggestions. Anyone have something thats been collecting dust in their closet? My cobra cd player stopped working, I couldn't even get the CD out. The battery ran dead eventually, then after charging it back up, the CD magically works....Maybe there was a hiccup in some circuitry. Maybe try to unhook your battery... This deck is VERY old and only has like 80 watts...kenwood though. Even if it wasn't broken I need to get something else. However, I would spend an extra $50 and get somehting halfway decent.
