i was wondering if a supercharger kit from a 96gt would fit a 91gt? What would be needed in order to fit???

All the piping would be wrong and the supercharger bracket. Basically all you can re-sure is the headunit.

You would also need to have the housing
re-clocked into the right position. Meaning that
the outlet off of the headunit is pointing in the
wrong direction.

If the purpose of a wing is to apply down force to the drive wheels at high speeds, shouldn't the wing on most imports be mounted on the hood?
