Methanol is 4 dollars a gallon and mixed with 1/2 water it's only 2 dollars a gallon which should last ya at least a tank, that's cheap compared to gas. I think if ya run out of methanol and don't realize it fast enough there will definatley be damage. For Me it's a no brainer since I have 9:8:1 compression and non-intercooled supercharger.
