I'd go with the snow kit hands down. Apparently the mr. freeze kit is flawed and may damage the supercharger because the alky is introduced before the impeller.

Yeah I just spent the extra money and got the injected kit the 200 dollars could end up saving your charger!

The Mr. Freeze isan interesting concept. If you do some research on the internet, you'll find that people are split on the damage to the impeller issue. Still, the Snow kit is based off tried and true technology, and is done well. I think I'd buy the Snow myself...

Why not an intercooler?....I've looked into the water/meth kits and I would much rather have an air-to-air intercooler....
EDIT~I think after refiling the resevior, even the larger tank, would get old real fast...Well, for me running 17psi of boost and the way I drive, Snow Performance told me I'd be going through a tank every day.... What happens when you run out?...Is your car tuned to the meth kit or not?...It would be best to get a switch chip installed, to be safe, just incase you run out of meth/water...
For my application there were TOO many negatives to actually purchase a water/meth kit...To each there own.... [ September 16, 2005, 06:19 PM: Message edited by: BlackNGold ]

Well you can always put a 2 gallon or even bigger resevour on the snows kit? Methanol is 4 dollars a gallon and mixed with 1/2 water it's only 2 dollars a gallon which should last ya at least a tank, that's cheap compared to gas. I think if ya run out of methanol and don't realize it fast enough there will definatley be damage. For Me it's a no brainer since I have 9:8:1 compression and non-intercooled supercharger. Is'nt that vortech intercooler close to 200 dollar's?I am gettig My snows kit on and tested in a couple weeks I will let everyone know how much rwhp I gain. I'm sure both will show great results though. [ September 17, 2005, 12:09 AM: Message edited by: SmokinLX ]
