My tranny pops out of 3rd gear almost everytime,,its getting worse with time,,is there a way to fix it, or is it not worth the effort? [Confused]

fix it, take it to a shop and they can see if you just need a 3rd gear snycro or need a rebuild

mine was popping out of 2nd and i thought something was wrong but it was only my steeda tri-ax needed adjustment... do you have an aftermarket shifter?

Yes, actually I have the Steed tri-ax with my t45...is it easy to adjust?

hmmm I have the same problem in 2nd gear. If I don't put in 2nd at a certain rpm the tranny will just kick it back out. Even when I am at really slow speed and try to put it into 2nd it just pops out. I have a pro 5.0 shifter could this be the problem?

well i thought my tranny was trashed or something but took it to alteredspeed and they adjusted it and it works perfectly now for the past 6-8 months??
