Hi all,
The previous owner of my '98 S-281 had a boost and fuel-pressure combo gauge set mounted in a dual-pillar mount. This was at the same time as the Supercharger and high-vol fuel pump were installed.
The gauge stopped working recently. Before I start pulling stuff apart, I was hoping someone could give me a clue as to where the sensor is. Do the high-vol pumps (I think it was a T-rex or something like that) have a built-in pressure sensor, or will one be fitted inline somewhere? Work was done by Apex about '99.
Thanks, Chris.

It's probably on the fuel pressure regulator. That's where mine is.

...and is this an electric autometer gauge? Cause mine quit working a few weeks ago too.

Yup, autometer gauge. So is there usually a pressure regulator seperate to the pump itself? Any idea where it is likely to be?
Thanks, Chris.

Is it mechanical or electric? If it is electric then I would suspect wiring. Find the sending unit and check to see if some wires have come loose.

No wires have come loose. Everything seems fine but the needle no longer moves.
