pro 5.0 is good. I had a Hurst and it wasn't bad either.

I like my Tri-Ax, it has a nice solid feel to it, and it clicks into place nicely. It does have a slight triangle shift pattern but it doesn't mess you up. I can still bang 2nd hard enough to spin my drag radials but if you want the straight pattern shifter maybe get the pro 5.0? Either way good choice

Pro 5.0 over here. I had 2 Hursts & currently a B&M. The new MGW one looks pretty interesting & solid except for I didn't see any "locking nut" on the stops

I love the Pro5.0's...
I love the hursts too, but I keep breaking the knobs off of the shifter....not sure if that is a design defect or if I am shifting too fast/hard????

If you buy a Pro 5.0, Steeda Tri-Ax & MAC Racers Choice and we'll throw in a FREE billet shift knob if we do the installation! . The knob you'll get, is just like the Bullitt/Mach 1 style, with either 5 or 6 speed pattern etched in. Give me a call or PM. -Chris
