yes and no....

It's good but the learning curve is huge. Just depends how much time you want to commit to it.

Also would recomend a wide band O2 sensor.

As soon as you get the cam/heads you will wish you had a tweecer. The learning curve is huge, but there are a bunch of people out there already (myself included) that have already plowed through the curve already and wouldn't mind just giving you a base tune for your tweecer to get you up and running safe. If you have just boltons then I'd say no..but if you want to get max results from those bolt ons then you definitely need a tuning device (tweecer).
