Booth....... An electric version of the Fuel psi can be installed safly inside the car and is important for blown cars. Also boost is important to know how many lbs your pushin out.

I never liked the idea of running fuel lines into the passenger compartment.

The fuel Pressure gauge comes in different PSI scales. 0-100psi 0-30 psi 7 bar
which would suite me best?

You only really need 3-4 gauges depending on the setup.
If you run an intercooler it's nice to have a water temp gauge. California can have wicked hot heat and in stop and go traffic your car will start to boil fast.
The other main gauges to have are fuel pressure, boost, and a wideband like stated above (LM1, dynojet, AEM). The wideband will tell you what your a/f mixture is at with real world load on the car. Most of the time when you pull a car off the dyno with a a/f of 11.5, the real world a/f ratio with real world load on the motor is around 12.5. You more or less can sometimes take a point away from the air fuel ratio. I've seen it many times, and i've seen it burn a few motors up also.
