hey how is it going. well i have a 65 mustang and i just got done building a 347 stroker for it. and i had a t-5 waiting to go into it. but i decide to go out and get a tko 500 incase later down the road i get a supercharger or something. but i was just wondering if any one has put a tko 500 in a mustang yet and what i would have to do differnetly. sense i am in germany in the airforce. it is hard for me to look at it sense it is still in the bay. so i was just wondering if any one knew thank you.

You can bet that a well built 347 is more than enough to bust up a stock T5.

BTW, I'm thinking this post will be moved shortly [Wink] You'll get more help in the Tech Section [patriot]

I am going to run a tremec t-5 and they can handle up to 600ft punds of torque and you should be ok with that but I dont' think a stock t-5 can handle alot of horsepower and torque so I think you should look futher and see how much power your making and then go from their.
