i hate my drum brakes what is the quickest way to change them to disc. it on a 4 lug 84'

There are other ways to do it. You can buy a Turbo Coupe rear end. I think the swap is pretty straight forward but you may have to play with wheel offsets.
Check on this site for a used disk brake rear end. I think there is one in the For Sale section for like $400.

look at the forsale section. I knew someone that was selling the entire 5 lug conversion with front discs bullit wheels and tires for 500.
