I want to put a kenwood deck in my Mustang. It Has a stock Stereo. Where do I start ? How do i do it ? [Confused]

basically its pretty easy.
I'm assuming you are running stock speakers too.
Pull out the stock deck, being carful not to mess up your bezel...

Just match up the wiring on the back of the deck and cut the stock harness (or buy an adapter) and match them up l/r front/back.

Grab a mulitmeter, Find an constant 12vdc source, that will be used for the memory on the deck, and then find an switched 12vdc source that will be used to power the deck. switched being only on when the car is in run/start/acc

then swap the antenna over, and you should be done.

It's not all that easy!
He has a 2 knob radio if it has not been replaced yet.
You will have to cut your dash to fit a din type deck.
first you will have to measure the deck and the opening in the dash.
Next take a dremal or something and start cutting.
If the dash is in good shape and not craked you could get a disc player that transmits thru the radio so you don't have to cut the dash.
