I got a set of 93 cobra rims that I want to put on my notchback,and my friend says that I will need spacers?if so where do I put them,front,rear,one side?this side? and what size do I need.

93 Cobra rims have 1/2 inch deeper backspacing then Pony's.....however, you shouldn't need to use spacers.

I have the same wheels on my 93GT convertable (same setup as your car) and they are fine.

ive seen some thunderbirds have the rims like the 93 cobras just a different center cap are they 4 lug or 5 lug or are they just different all together

I think they are 5 lug and 16's

T-bird rims are 15" and 5 lug. Not to mention the incorrect offset and wrong centercaps. Want me to keep going with this?
Edit: to answer your question...if it is a 90 and older, it would be best to run at least a 1/4" spacer on the front. Reason for this is simple: the turning radius on the 85-90 models is tighter, causing the wheel to rub on the framerail w/o spacers. On the 91 and ups, no need for it. na no need to go on thanks though yea knew they were the wrong caps but didnt know size and 4 or 5 lug thats why i asked thats what this forum is all about you dont know you ask and find out thanks guys
