My friend just got a cobra intake, 24# injectors, 65mm throttle body, and 75mm MAF and we want to make his 68 Mustang fuel injected. Who has done it? What fuel pump do I use? Do I need 5.0 mustang fuel rails?
Thanks!

Yes, I am trying to get an A9l and harness from Eddie510. I meant fuel lines, like from the tank to the motor...not the rails.
Also, any links?
thanks

My buddy did this to his 66 mustang. He ran a 1995 F250 fuel pump from Kragen. Its an inline pump, and ran it a foot or 2 from the gas tank. He installed the computer behind the glove box. If you have anymore questions let me know, he lives near by.

I've installed several fi units on falcons and much of the early mustang parts interchange.
The early mustang gas tanks (yours included ?) had a 5/16" steel vent line plumbed into the tank which can be utilized as a return line. An inline pump...there are lots of em you can use. NAPA sells an inline high pressure pump that works well. Best to use the mass air but speed density works well too.

Any inline, for example a t-rex or a walboro high pressure inline 255lph.
