Lately i've been hearing what sounds like a continuous grindin noise coming from my tranny (clutch) or that area...when i step on the clutch slightly it goes away. It shifts fine no grinds or nothing just that noise... Thanks

i'd bet your stock aluminum bearing retainer is worn out, and when you toch the clutch a bit it gets it out of the "groove" that it has made
get a steel one...they are about 10 bucks, but you need to pull the trans to put in on.
and personally i'd do the clutch and pp while i was in there...but thats just me

Depends on your experience, first time with all the tools I would say you could get the tranny out in a couple hours, the retainer is 4 bolts(EASY!) and then install a new clutch and resurface the flywheel.
