My drivers side seat won't stay in the upright locked position anymore and it's a bare to drive. Any suggestions how to fix this. It locks in to place but as i floor it falls back.

ya a power 8 way leather drivers seat isn't easy to find. was hoping someone has had this probvlem before.

in case anyone else has this problem no reason to go look for a new seat. There is a mechinism behind the plastic cover right on the door side of the seat. Take that off there's 2 iron gears in there that were all meshed up on the seat i had. They sell the whole part new for about 60 from the dealer. have to remove some of the seat cover to remove and install. The fix is 60 buxs, i'll pass on a differnt seat!
