I did this a long time ago and i think i should do it again since when i have the accessories on my idle drops very low and sounds like its missing. I remember you disconnect that long cylinder thing on the throttle and then start the car and adjust the idle and then you do it again with hte accessories on, anyone know what i am tlaking about? i don't remember the exact order of it and i am hoping someone can give me the link

To set your idle you disconnect the IAC (long cylinder thing) and set your idle screw...It sounds to me like you have other problems...

i don't know what it is [Mad] I ran the codes again today and it came up with 34, I've replaced the EGR, EGR sensor and the wiring for the EGR. I took it off after getting the code and just looked at the EGR to see if anything was in it and then i put it back together and ran perfect. I KNOW though if i go drive it, it'll act like it has no power for a couple of seconds and then go. Has really bad hesitation. Also i've noticed its starting to vibrate funny and the vibration goes away when i push the clutch in. I can't figure that out either.

Check the wires that go to the TPS and EGR. On mine, the power wire for the two was down to a couple strands, even in the factory wire loom. This caused a fault code and the car would fall on it's face after 1st gear. Sound like you may be in the same boat. My wires had failed just below the EGR on the backside of the motor. Spiced in a new piece of wire, and it was good as new. Good Luck.

haha thats funny. Thats the FIRST thing i replaced was the wiring for the EGR. The connector was shot to hella and kept slipping off so i thought that was the problem and i soldered new wires in and everything. Went away for a day maybe [Frown] Then i replaced the EGR, the EGR sensor and still something is worng with it [Mad]
