Are the stock rods in the 302 cast or forged? I know the pistons up to 93 were forged and the crankshaft is cast. Whats the deal with the rods? What are they? Are they different for different years, etc...?

Good question....I want to say forged, but I'd be guessing....
........Maybe someone else will chime in...

I'm pretty sure the 93 pistons are not forged.

Yeah, I meant up until 93 as in 86-92. So they care cast. Excellent. Thanks.
