After a couple of weeks of driving, the belt rubs against itself. The belt is around the tensioner (sp?) and between the water and smog pump, and it is a tight fit, so it just rubs against itself. I am not sure if it is a bad tensioner (sp?) or if I am just an idiot and i did sumthin wrong??? If anyone has had any problems like this or knows what it could be, your input would be greatly appreciated! The belt that came with the kit would not go on at all. We found one from Napa that fit perfect (25-061037). Sometimes un-bolting or untightening one of the accessories works to get a tight belt on. On a stock setup with the 94/95 cobra/gt the tensioner belt is too big (one that comes with the kit).
