Gotta find out how wide the 18's are...You could go with a 255 on a 7" or up to 275 on an 8"...

Good luck... [patriot]

Thanks [patriot] Yeah they're 87 turbo coupe rims. Powder Coated. I've gotten many different reactions to them...but I really like them, one being how they make the car look and two that they are just out of the ordinary. Being on a tight budget its hard to make your car look different.

So anyone think I'd have problems with 255/55/18's on my 2000 Mountaineer? Should I go bigger/smaller?

I would go bigger... I had 275's on my 18x9's an fit them on a foxbody too. so i think bigger for an suv would just look right.. i have 255/40's on the front of stang right now if u look in my profile u can see
