I need to know what is the maximum offset a 95+ (I have a 2004 GT) Mustang can have for wheels. I was looking at +43's and want to know the result if I put them on (How will they drive? How will it affect cornering? Performance?) Please help I don't know much about offset other than the more you have the more the wheel is sticking out away from the car.... Thanks

It depends on the wheel width. Stock Ford 17x8" wheels are 30mm, genuine R58 17x9" Cobra Rs are 24mm, and I believe the 2003 Cobra wheels are 26mm. I wouldn't think anything more than 30mm offset would work. The 2005 Mustang uses 17x8" 45mm if I remember right. I put my Fikses off of the 96 on a 2005 Gt and they stuck out a lot.
